my twin room had kitchenette. the location was quiet and handy, to the motorways, in the industrialised area. also, there was an onion dome, set within 5 minutes drive.
The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

What a wonderful surprise! I stayed at this hotel after our original choice let us down, and it turned out to be a great alternative. the individual, self-contained units were spacious and had a huge bedroom, shower room, and entrance hall with a fridge and microwave. the furniture was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water. the hotel was located on an industrial estate near a major road, but it was surprisingly quiet. It only took a 15-minute walk to reach the town center, and the free secure private parking right outside the unit was a bonus. The patio seating area and optional use of the hot tub added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 👍.

Convenient location near the E42 dual carriageway, perfect for a quick stopover. Clean facilities with ample parking, even for trailers. Walking distance to the nearby town center.
The single bed was absolutely terrible, with a mattress that felt like an insult. the manageress refused to address the issue and walked away from me.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a large modern en-suite bathroom. Despite being near the motorway, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, even texting us with instructions on how to access the room when we arrived after 19.00. Another advantage was that the hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket and restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed.
The exterior of the hotel looked a bit run down and the interior decor seemed a bit tired. The grassed areas were in need of a trim.

What a pleasant surprise during our Easter trip! We loved the spacious and perfectly decorated rooms, with huge beds that offered us great comfort, and the fantastic shower rooms. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the fridge and microwave available in our rooms. Best Aspects: the location was excellent, just a short walk from the town center, and the free secure private parking outside the units provided great convenience. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings, despite being located near the major road.

The lighting in the main room can be improved. Some of the light bulbs were not working, which affected the overall brightness of the room.

The rooms at Hotel Fleur De Lys are amazing! They have their own private entrance and a cozy flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Plus, the private bathrooms are equipped with free toiletries and a refreshing shower. As a disabled guest, I felt comfortable and pampered during my stay.
Personally, I didn't like the kitchenette in the rooms. It felt unnecessary to me, but I understand that others might find it convenient.
